Users of Transportit APP agree that the data provided by them during the installation of the Transportit APP to be processed. The information provided by the user, is gathered and processed by the Transportit APP and Transportit LLC only during the installation or in a using process of the APP. Granting the access to the geographical location of your device is the key factor of using the Transportit APP.

What kind of personal data do we gather

Information we gather is used to improve future services and to make the service comfortable via web portal or while using the APP. These are:

• Transportit APP user name
• Your phone number
• E-mail address
• Information regarding the quality of the service (rating)
• User location
• Service providing time
• Place of destination
• The ID information of the device where the Transportit APP is installed
• transporti.ge web-page cookie storages phone number and location information of the user
• Automatic information
• Information provided by the user

It is important, that Transportit APP does not storage or keep the information of your bank card

Purpose of gathering and processing of the private information 

• We use private information mentioned above is used to improve the service quality
• We gather and process the private information to manage communication between the client and service provider
• The location information and phone number is sent to the service provider to identify the client location
• Contact information is used to inform you about Transportit APP news
• The ID of your device is used to eliminate the specific bugs of the app
• We gather the information of the service provider routes and time, to identify the geographical coverage and recommendations
• Information gathered by Transportit APP shall not be used to identify personal location or for behavioristic marketing purposes
• We store and process your personal information only during the period, your account is active

Methods of gathering information

• While installation, we gather the information provided by you, which are: the user name, phone number and e-mail of the Transportit APP
• We gather the location information only when the Transportit APP is active
• The access to the location is stopped after Transportit App is closed on user device

 Information access to the third party

• Personal information (limited) will be available only for the drivers that have activated the Transportit APP and are selected by the client to complete the request. In this case, the driver is able to see the user name, phone number and the location of the cargo
• After completing the order, the User name and phone number is available to the driver during 24 hours. This is important for the driver to deliver the best service. E.g. client left part of the cargo in the trailer
• information about service quality is anonym and the drivers are unable to see the phone and the user name of the provider
• Information about our clients is the greatest part of our business. We are not involved in the business where the selling the private information could be its part.

Data security and elimination

• The personal information gathered during the use of the Transportit APP is sent and storage in protected data base. Only the accredited employees of the Transportet APP have access to the information and are the only users of the data, using them only to solve the issues that arise during Transportit APP using (the interest conflict with the service provider among them)
• If you wish to delete the personal data gathered by us, you can send us the request to the e-mailinfo@transportit.ge. After receiving the request, we shall delete the account and all the personal information regarding it, in case if after receiving information there are left no debts. After delete, the personal information will be anonym and will be used only for analytics.
• It is important to mention that deinstallation of the app does not delete any information from your device. If you wish to delete the personal data gathered by us, you can send us the request to the e-mail mentioned above. You have to remember that you can only send request and we delete your account, you will no longer be available to use Transportit LLC services with the same account any more
• If you decide that we gather the personal information against your rights or against law, if you think that personal information gathered by us has no purpose, you can: 

1. Ask us for explanation
2. Ask us to fix the occurred situation (to block the personal data, fix it, of refill)
3. Ask the competent juridical structure that regarding your personal data usage

Direct marketing

We use your e-mail and phone number to send you the information to spread the information, if you have agreed this on the app or on web-page. If you don’t want to receive the newsletter from us, you can click the button “cancel subscribe”

Transportit APP and web-page usage for people under age 18

People who have not reached 18 years, are eligible to use the offered services only under supervision of the parent or civil guardian

Personal data for drivers

We gather and process the personal data from service providers, to prove the qualification the driver has is enough to provide quality service and to keep the contact with the Transportit APP services.

The gather and process of the personal data of the driver is made with the same agreement, that is written in the privacy policy 

With the Transportit APP send function usage, we are able to see the driver location and time. If the driver does not want the location to be available to operator, they can click the log out button and shut down the app.
